General information

Charity... Apart from arranging our own activities, we help our community by putting on such things as bonfires, or taking Santa around the town at Christmas. This is our current involvement of fundraising in which we pump every penny back into the Alton community. Social... Most local Round Tables get together each fortnight, for everything from Paint Balling to a game of football, or even something as simple a drink at the pub or a meal somewhere local. These evenings are the lifeblood of Round Table – bringing together groups of friends for a drink and a laugh. Basically we offer you something that four blokes in a pub cannot do. A highlight of Round Table for many of us are the activities, as they give you the chance to try something that you wouldn’t usually try alone. If you’ve ever fancied karting, paintballing or juggling, you are bound to find a club that has put it on this year’s programme. Getting involved is dead easy, and it could be the best laugh you’ve had for ages. Round Tables all over the country. Get involved with your local community & have a laugh doing it. Come along to one of our nights out to see what we are about. Friends, Banter & the odd beer. We also have some great sporting competitions. Our biggest is a National Sporting Weekend (NSW) where we hire a university campus or holiday park and bring all the clubs from around the country for a weekend of sports and partying.
